What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?

Wishing Tree Designs guarantees the quality of its products and services. Subject to the terms of Wishing Tree Designs Customer Service Guaranty, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Service toll free at 1-888-540-3267 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the purchase price of the product(s) in question, minus shipping and handling fees.

Most customers are pleased with how well their job matches what they see online. However, due to wide differences in monitor calibration and various technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor. We endeavor to make your ordered product look its best by printing to a pleasing color standard, using standard in densities.However, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will approximate your printed sample.

What do I do if I received my order, but it is not complete?

After receiving your order, if you believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together. Contact us at the link below to provide details regarding missing items. Important: Address labels are shipped separately from other items so they will arrive at different times.

View the details and current status of your order.
  1. At the top of the screen, click on "My Account". (Sign in if you haven't already)
  2. Click on "Order History" to view more details, click on the order number. You can print out a copy of your transaction from the Order Details screen.
Include your name, e-mail address and order number to speed the processing of your request.

Can I view all of my previous and current orders?

Yes, if you are registered at Wishing Tree Designs, you can view all of your previous and current orders. To see all orders that have been placed, please click on the “Sign In” link at the top of the page, log in, select the “My Account” link, and then select the “Order History” tab and there you will see a list of your orders.

What should I keep in mind when I place my reorder?

Please note that your final print colors may vary slightly from your original order due to regular press calibrations and natural variations in paper stock. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact color match for orders printed on different dates for the same item, or for items sharing the same color palette.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times apply to orders placed before 8:00 p.m. ET. Priority and Rush shipping options are not guaranteed for APO or FPO delivery.

Business days - includes Monday through Friday, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Important: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please specify a street address for these classes of service.


(1) Priority and Rush shipments cannot be delivered to APO or FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses and the delivery service may need to contact you by phone to obtain a street address in order to deliver the package.

(2) Rush orders will arrive within 3 business days after you place your order. Processing times are estimated for continental U.S. delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.

What happens after I place an order?

When you have submitted your order, it is transmitted to our printing and fulfillment partners where it enters the queue for printing. Printing lead times vary by type of product, vendor, and printing method.

Placing orders via our website is the preferred method of ordering. It ensures that you enter your text as well as shipping and billing information correctly. In addition, when ordering online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that allows you to check on the status of your order as well as receive a shipment confirmation when your order ships out.

What if my item is damaged?

If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please e-mail us or call us at 1-888-540-3267 within 30 days after the date on which you received your order and we will remake and reship the product(s) in question or refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping costs.

We take great pride in our products and services and we are fully committed to you having a positive customer experience with Wishing Tree Designs. Our guarantee does not apply if you are not satisfied with an order for reasons relating to mistakes made when placing the order including, without limitation, any grammatical or spelling errors, quality problems associated with uploaded images, design errors made in creating an ordered product, errors in selecting the design options associated with the order and any damage caused to the product after your receipt of the same. For this reason, kindly review carefully the product design for each of your proposed orders before approving your order online.

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my order?

If your order has shipped, you will have received an e-mail containing the tracking number for the shipment. Are envelopes included?

All of our announcements, invitations, gift tags, greeting cards and note cards include white envelopes. Items such as address labels, business cards, personal cards and postcards will not include envelopes. Please check the description of your item to verify this information.

What is a digital photo?

A digital photo is one that is printed onto your design as part of your invitation, greeting card, announcement, etc. You may upload your digital photo with Wishing Tree Designs easy to use online customization tool.

How do I send you my digital photo(s)?

At this time, we cannot accept digital photos via disks, CDs, cartridges or any other electronic media. You may upload your digital photo on Wishing Tree Designs using our easy to use online customization tool.

How do I edit my photos?

You can use our photo editing tools to change your photo to black and white or sepia tone. You can also use our tools to crop your photo to fit the design you’ve selected.

How do I obtain a high resolution photo?

If using a physical photograph, set the resolution on your scanner to the highest resolution setting possible before scanning in your photograph. If taking a picture with a digital camera, you will need to change your resolution settings before taking the photo. Put your settings to the highest resolution, and then take your photograph.

What does it mean if my photo is below minimum requirements?

The photo you chose may be too small for the product you selected. This can result in a grainy or pixilated final product. In addition, attempting to resize the photo might distort the image quality. Since the overall appearance of your stationery is highly dependent on the quality of your photographs, it is important to use clear, original and unedited photos. If you have a larger version of a photo, or if you have another snapshot that would be more suitable for a product, please use that photo instead.

What file types do you accept?

We accept tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, png, and gif files. The maximum file size is 5MB. The optimal file size is 1-2MB.

Can I upload multiple photos onto my design?

Yes, you can upload as many photos as you wish to any of our announcements, business cards, gift tags, greetings cards, invitations, magnets, note cards, personal cards, and postcards.

If my photo is flawed, can you touch it up?

No, Wishing Tree Designs does not touch up photos at this time. Please keep in mind that if there are flaws in the original photo, they will also show in the reproduction of the photo on your photo stationery.

Will there be cards for more occasions?

Yes! We’re adding more cards as fast as we can. If you are looking for an occasion we don’t offer yet, send us an e-mail and we’ll see what we can do about creating one in the near future.

In the meantime, many of our cards can be used for multiple occasions. Simply change the wording to fit your needs.

You can also use our blank cards for any occasion. Simply personalize the text to say whatever you’d like.
