We will process your refund within 1 business day after we receive all returned item(s).

We take great pride in our products and we want you to be fully satisfied with Wishing Tree Designs. Nevertheless, our guarantee as noted above does NOT apply if the problems or concerns associated with your order relate to any mistake you made when placing your order including, without limitation, any grammatical or spelling errors, technical deficiencies in your uploaded images, design errors, errors in selecting the design options and/or any damage caused to the product after you receive the order. In order to keep our prices low, we will NOT review your product order prior to processing. For this reason, kindly review carefully the product design for each proposed item in your order before you approve the order.
